Vincent Risalvato is the interim CEO of the Company and Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Risalvato has a strong background in software development and Internet technologies and is the inventor of CODE:NEO. Mr. Risalvato was CIO at DigitalChainsaw / NetPerformance, where he built and automated a hosting envirnment as well as building a web development team. From that experiance he saw the need for a tool like CODE:NEO which removes the technological road blocks of common web languages like ASP, ColdFusion and Java. Mr. Risalvato's technical expertise has also been utilized at Vision Twenty-One and Price Waterhouse Coopers.

Joel E. Rodgers is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Rodgers has recently taught graduate MBA courses in Finance, Operations, and Marketing at Nova Southeastern University. Mr. Rodgers served as Vice President and General Manager of Engineered Solvents Systems at Allied Signal and previously was the President of Baron Blakeslee Inc, a $75 MM solvent distribution business. Mr. Rodgers received a Doctorate in Business from Southeastern University and an MBA from the University of Kentucky.

Bruce M. Rodgers is a Secretary and General Counsel of the Company. Mr. Rodgers is a corporate attorney practicing with Foley & Lardner. Mr. Rodgers represents a wide variety of developing companies primarily in technology based industries. Mr. Rodgers received his Juris Doctorate, with honors, from the University of Florida and received a B.S. in Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
